Another Dream, Another Reality - Mechele Armstrong Recommended Read

It’s been four months since a locked stairwell at a surprise birthday party brought Cassie, Aden, and Leo together. Yet while the threesome has no problems between the sheets, erotic nights can only keep the harsh realities of day at bay for so long. For Cassie in particular, being in an “unconventional” relationship is unnerving, with her judgmental bosses, nosey neighbor, and personal insecurities. The tension between Leo, Cassie, and Aden reaches its peak when they plan for a weekend getaway in the mountains. Cassie thinks it’s time for their relationship to end. But when the car won’t start, Aden and Leo have to seize the chance they’ve been given to convince Cassie that what they have is too precious to be forgotten like some dream.

Can a relationship that is the stuff of dreams become reality? Mechele Armstrong takes her protagonists from Another Night, Another Dream and makes them face the not-so-accepting world outside the bedroom (or rather stairwell) walls. Another Dream, Another Reality had me on the edge of my seat, wanting to see if the three characters I so adored would be able to make their relationship work. And Ms. Armstrong definitely doesn’t make things easy on them. I felt my heart break numerous times during Another Dream, Another Reality as I watched Cassie, Leo, and Aden work to open their hearts and bare their souls to one another. It isn’t easy, but it’s worth it, both to them and for me, the reader, who was reading as fast as I could, dying to see what happened next.

Another Dream, Another Reality isn’t all emotional turmoil, however. Leo, Cassie, and Aden are sure to make you blush right from the start. Ms. Armstrong raises the bar on eroticism from Another Night, Another Dream, and that’s saying something, given the scorching heat level of that tale.

While Another Dream, Another Reality is the sequel to Another Night, Another Dream, Ms. Armstrong does provide the background information needed to follow along without having ever read the first story. Still, I believe part of my enjoyment and emotional investment in Another Dream, Another Reality stemmed from falling for Aden, Leo, and Cassie in Another Night, Another Dream, so I do highly recommend reading the first story before delving into this one – you won’t regret it. That being said, whether you choose to read part or all of Leo, Cassie, and Aden’s journey, you are in for a treat. Another Dream, Another Reality is a touching, sensual read that I Joyfully Recommend.
